The Hamilton Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a nondiscriminatory facility in which no one will be denied admission due to race, color, creed, religion, country of origin, sex, age, handicap, marital status, sexual preference or source of payment as long as they meet the established and approved criteria.

We admit patients seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and most insurance plans and will work with you to explore all eligible funding options. Our admissions office will work with you to help you apply for Medicaid as a supplement to your primary insurance.

We encourage families and incoming residents to tour Hamilton Park prior to admission. We will answer all of your questions and explain the admissions process.
